1989 Ford F-150 Xlt lariat

When I turn the key over it just clicks. What should
I do to get it actually started? I replaced the the
alternator, starter cylenoid, and battery.

Check to make sure the engine isn't locked up. Put a breaker bar and socket on the crank pulley bolt and try to turn the engine. If it turns try to start it, if it starts you may have a bashed in flywheel or starter drive. If it doesn't turn get your wallet out and pay for another engine.

Clean and tighten the battery connections. Corrosion or a loose battery cable can cause the clicking/no start.
