I have a 1989 Ford F 150 and have replace the battery, starter, alternator, and water
pump recently. It will run for a day or so then the battery acts like it is dead and won't
start? Any idea what else it could be?

You got a short that you need to track down. Start with accessories that shut off switch when the key is removed. Brake lights. Rear frost. Things like that shut.
is the battery actually dead? Do you have those cheap parts store terminals on your truck? I've had alot of problems with corrosion when using them on a few Fords and have to undo them and clean them real good.
might have something drainning battery overnight, easy to check for a power drain with a test light, step 1;disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery.step2;Connect one end of the test light to the negative terminal of the battery, and the other end of the test light to the end of the negative battery cable, now if the light comes on weak it could just be the stereo memory, but if yhe light is bright you have a power drain, just pull each fuse each their turn untill the light turns off.then check your manual to see what the fuse is for and you will know whats drainning the power so you can fix it.take your keys out of ignition when doing the test.
sounds like you have a short that's draining the battery
