Behind the coolant/windshield washer reservoirs you will have 2 or 3 relays. EEC, Fuel pump relay & a Towing pkg. relay for trailer lights if truck came w/that option. My 89 F150's relays (2) had long been off the bracket and just laying on the fender well allowing the underside of both relays (where the connector plugs into) a steady diet of water. Fuel pump relay was corroded. Took relay out and jumped two wires w/a paper clip to get to a parts store for new relay. Which two ? That was 140,000 miles ago that I replaced both and zip tied them horizontally in their original location.
