No spark on 1987F-350 extended cab

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We have a new alternator, coil, distributor cap ,rotor
ignition module box,spark plugs . We can turn it
over and it'll give off one spark but that's it. It won't
fire up. Suggestion?
