What maximum stroke is availible for a 350 block

You can put in a crank shaft from a 400 ci engine block to gain the maximum stroke for the piston sleeves and heads. Have a good engine builder put it in as some blocks will require shaving part of the interior of the block to keep the rod caps from slapping into the block castings. The will take the engine from 359 ci to 383 with a boring out of the block to 0.030 over. I did this to my engine and went 0.40 over and have 394 ci. Be careful your pistons and valves have proper clearance also. You will get more HP and torque.
