tail lights and turn signals

2003 ford ranger xlt, i have no tail lights,both right and left turn signals flash in
the rear at the same time, all other lights work good brake lights are good emg
flashers are good front and back, cleand all bulbs and conectors cleand all
ground  blocks.

could be the directional switch , inspect the wiring for anything visible , brake lights may run through the directional switch if they share a bulb with turn signal , multi tester would be good for checking power and grounds
