What is the tow capacity of 2.8 V6

Iam looking at a S-!0 2.8 V6 and want to know if it will tow my 2000 pound
camper over mountain passes.

It "can" but I wouldn't suggest it, better off finding one with a 4.3 or a full size truck. The 2.8 were underpowered and before 88 they had weak crankshafts.
