how to crank my car after running for a half an hour

1986 el camino runs for about a half an hour then quits and won't start back
until after cool off for hours after priming. I have changed fuel pump fuel filter,
lines, carb, put in %100 gas.

Sounds like you lost the trigger signal to the coil. Did you test for spark during failure? If no spark replace the ignition module and distributor pickup coil.

Most likely suspects are the ignition control module, in the distributor, and the ignition coil, on top of the distributor cap, in that order. When either of these parts are dying they will work perfectly until they get hot. Then they quit. GM's ignition control modules of this period were notorious for failure. Jim
