Anyone have any suggestions on buying a replacement radiator? Any particular
brand or features that I should look for (or avoid)?

Thanks for any suggestions!

I would suggest looking into buying a used radiator versus the cost of a new one; find out if the new one comes with a warranty. Check with your local auto parts store like Napa Auto Parts as well as with your local Chevrolet or Toyota dealer. If it were me, I would imagine that I would simply buy a used one. If the salvage yard pulled it off the car, chances are pretty good that it's just fine.
