Rack and Pinon Center

Rack and Pinon was replaced it will turn all the way to the left with no problems but turning to the right it only goes like maybe 1 turn .    and the tie rods will not adjust to where the wheels are straight - steering wheel is center .    How do I get the rack and pinion centered  ?   Thank You for any assistance on this

I had the same issue with my truck. Turned out the remanufactured parts were faulty. I had to have everything replaced and then it worked fine.
