Clutch problems

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
So I was about to leave work tonight was
sitting in my car when I herd a pop and my
clutch peddle when strait to the floor and
my car jumped forward......... I was still able
to shift if the car was at the right RPM's I
got it home and now I'm confused on wth to
do.........anyone know the problem

check cable from clutch pedal to slave clutch cylinder
I thought that but I'm unsure cause it is dark outside
okay have a check then let me know, luckily there is only a hand full of what it could be.
I looked and nothing is connecting the peddle to anything
It was I simple fix just replaced the whole clutch cable
