Security indicator not coming on

I have a 03 ford taurus and i got from an impound
auction... It didn't have a key so i got one made but
the lock smith said that his diagnostic machine
didn't read my car.. No security indicator is coming
on either...

Call a ford dealer and give them the VIN# ,, they may be able to give you the code
