How do I replace the Fuel Pump of my 1987 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am?

I have to replace the Fuel Pump of my Pontiac but I don´t know how! Maybe someone of
you know how to do that!

It's in the fuel tank, so you will have to drop that to replace the fuel pump. The first step is to verify you are getting power to the fuel relay before moving on to the fuel pump. There are several posts at Thirdgen.org on changing fuel pumps in Firebirds you might want to check out.

Good morning. By the book you are suppose to drop the rear axle, exhaust and tank to replace the fuel pump. But I think when I get ready to put one in my 85 z28 I am going to cut an access hole to tank behind the rear seat. http://youtu.be/COOLesyiVNc -- check out this video. You might find it helpful.
