ID BETTER SAY THIS...WHILE THE CAR IS RUNNING IN DRIVE WITH YOUR FOOT ON THE BRAKE GIVE IT SOME GAS AND HAVE SOMEONE WATCH THE ENGINE FOR ANY MOVEMENT AND DO THE SAME IN REVERSE... NEXT I WOULD LOOK AT THE CRANK DAMPNER..(HARMONIC BALANCER) THEN LOOK FOR A VACUUM LEAK..THEN MAYBE TAKE OF THE BELT/BELTS,TO SEE IF SOMETING HAS NOT COME APART............

You have a bad engine miss-fire. The engine needs to be checked over to see what is the cause of the cylinder miss-fire.
