K5 blazer pops back and bucks but won't start

I have a 1985 k5 blazer with a 350 fired it up
sounded good and next day came out and
all it will do is pop and buck but won't start

Yes all is brand new was never fired until recently, it was rebuilt and also has brand new timing chain put it together it fired right up sounded great next day it fired but acted like it was only running on a couple cylinders and then it died now when I crank it all it does is pop back and buck like crazy but won't start

Ok so I was just now able to get out there and mess with it a bit I unhooked the spout connector and get nothing won't even try to start
