how to prepare car for winter storage

Asked by Bruce Sep 07, 2017 at 12:34 PM about the 2003 Ford Thunderbird Premium RWD

Question type: General

1 Answer

Full tank of gas with fuel stabilizer. I would change the coolant in the radiator if it has not been changed with in the last 2 years, use a battery tender to keep the battery from going dead and you could put the car up on blocks if your tires flat spot. I would want the car inside a garage. If it is humid a de-humidifier in the garage can keep the car from rusting. Lastly I would change the oil.
