2014 E Class auxillary battery malfunction

Asked by Caliber_9026 Feb 01, 2017 at 05:42 PM about the 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E 350 Luxury 4MATIC

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had a product called eco off installed to disable the eco on/off feature.  After a
few weeks the auxiliary battery malfunction warning is displayed on each start
up, any connection?

MB's can be really finicky when anything is changed in their electrical system. Check the wiring of your Eco add-on. You may need to change the points where it is wired into.
