Cracked frame and other issues

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Cracked frame, damage to the rear end, numerous other issues.  I need
someone to call me and make this right. The same day he received the car he
ended up at the dealership because it wasn't getting power, we also found out
that he needed rear brakes immediately.  But the cracked frame?  Your
salesperson said sue you?  Is that what I need to do?  If so no problem
