Just got a 2014 camaro lt and looking to get 22x9 what would be the best tires setup for it that won't rub?

To get even close to tires with 22" rims you will have to go to a much narrower tire, and the lowest profile possible. It came with 245/55-18 and if you go 225/40-22 , the lowest profile available, (the sidewalls are only 3½ tall) and lose width in the process. I have no way of knowing what size would rub, but keeping the overall as close to stock is best, not change gear ratios and lose acceleration time.
Lookin to have a fat tire maybe with a 20x11 with a 315 but don't know a offset or if they will fit?
265/30-22 all around or 265/30-22 front and 315/25-22 rear. Personally I think it would look like crap and ride rough as hell, but it's not may car. Tire and wheel information from www.tirerack.com Good luck with it sir.
if I were to run 20x11 with 315s all around what offset should I run and can it fit it with stock suspension ?
Look up the wheels up on www.tirerack.com they give the specs there. I think 315s on the front will be too wide and might severely rub.
