You could Google the process to do a relearn of the anti-theft system. New Rockies Inc. makes a theft by-pass module, pricey. Other than that I suggest taking it back to a dealer or repair shop that can research the problem, replace bad part, and relearn or program the theft system. The theft system shuts down the fuel system. Make sure you have fuel pressure also and that the fuel pump is working, i.e. humming in the gas tank, listen at the filler port while someone turns the key to the RUN position. Good luck
