a/c

Asked by Harjoboii24 Nov 01, 2016 at 04:10 PM about the 1997 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have issues with my a/c staying charged. I bought at least 250$ worth of refrigerant a/c pro. It uses the it up fast. I use leak finders for the a/c. It's still blows cold for about 10 minutes n gets hot n runs out. I don't have no idea what to do, anything else I can do?

It's obviously leaking. If you can't find the leak, take to a shop, it'll be cheaper in the long run

You have a leak but the dyes are only seen with a black light. You will need to buy a UV light to see the dye and find the leak.
