what would be the rite temp. thermostat in my 2005 crown vic police
interceptor? 1 guy told me if i install a 160^ i will need to change my spark plugs   
cuz its to low of a operating range,
I was gonna put a 180 degree in it,, can u help me out ?

195 would be correct. If the engine runs too cool it may run rich as the ECU will think the engine is not warmed up.

I monitor the coolant temp while driving using a OBD 2 and unless i stop the range is about 150-165, when i sit at idle for like 10 mins it goes up over 200, do you think its cuz the thermostat is junk ?
