No Gass pedal respons

Me and a friend was about to spray seafoam
through my intake and my friend manual opened
the throttle body intake door but didn't tell me and
when I started the car it idle high and went down
but when I pressed the gas pedal there was no
response what do need to check?

Check for blown ( ETCS ) Electric Throttle Control System fuse.
