There are no codes for the power assist. this what I found on the subject.

"PINPOINT TEST B: DTC 16, 17 OR 18�STEERING VERY DIFFICULT/VERY EASY B10 CHECK RESISTANCE ACROSS ACTUATOR VALVE - Ignition switch in OFF position. - Locate the control module behind glove compartment. Harness connector(s) can be disconnected from module without removing module. - Using an ohmmeter, measure resistance across Pin C215-14 (�Connector�), Circuit 87 (T/Y) and Pin C215-26 (�Connector�), Circuit 86 (GY/O) (with air suspension), Pin C214-14 (�Connector�), Circuit 87 (T/Y) and Pin C214-13 (�Connector�), Circuit 86 (GY/O) (without air suspension) of harness connector. Resistance should be 7-18 ohms. If the resistance is greater than 1000 ohms, the circuit is open."
