Why does the inside of my tires on my 2007
Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor
where so much faster outside looks good
but the insides are already starting to show
wire is replacing a ball joint the solution

Get the front end checked out. Tie rod ends, ball joints, etc., then get a good alignment. A bad alignment will eat through tires in no time.

If both are wearing about the same on the inside, it is most likely toe-in alignment.

camber and/or toe adjustments *plus the correct know-how to adjust one or both. from what i heard on another forum, the folks there were debating which control arms (upper/lower ?) were the adjustment locations for front wheel camber settings. Since I drive a 1999 CV I don't have that problem..... !
