2007 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor

My car hesitates on takeoff and act like it wants to
cut off when taking sharp turn it runs good on
Highway but like I said it hesitates on takeoff till
about 20 miles per hour and struggle going uphill
but if I put my foot into it kills the Jerk some I don't
have a check engine light on

I would do the following have the camshaft sensor looed at, test the fuel pump pressure and check and clean the throttle body

It may need spark plugs and new coil packs. When was it last tuned up? How many miles on it?
