anyone have power failure 2008 P71 Crown Victoria

Asked by jmscameraman Feb 14, 2016 at 11:07 PM about the 2008 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2008 Crown Vic p71 if I do not start it daily the battery goes dead. I had
the battery replaced and it still goes dead anywhere from 1 - 4 days if I do not
start it. I took it to an electrical shop & the mechanic said it was a bad battery.
This after I replaced the battery not 4 months before. But I replaced it anyway.
Any suggestions

Not sure if your still looking for answers but i would say check the wire harness for shorts. These are notorious for degrated wire harnesses. Helped changed my dads after a crash and all his electrical problems went away. Moral is may people have wiring problems with these crown vics they just deal with.
