Asked by Mesha Dec 20, 2017 at 09:49 AM about the 2010 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I need help I have a police interceptor crown vic
2010. My left signal indicator stays on when my
low beams are on but the left signal light doesn't
blink if I turn it on the low beams. But the left
signal works just fine when the low beams aren't
on. I've replaced all bulbs and checked the fuses
under the steering wheel, none of them are blown I
even wiped the prongs off because they were a
little dirty.

Either the flasher is weak or there is a bad ground wire.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. The flasher is what makes the turn signal turn on then off. It is a cheap device located under the dash plugged into the fuse box. Usually when they go bad the turn signal will stay on, not flash. When a turn signal flashes quickly, this would be an indication of a burnt out bulb.
