What is the problem when my 2011 crown
Victorian blows hot air when I turn the ac on

you need to evacuate the system and replace ALL the refrigerant. It's a temporary fix to just add a can at random and may do more harm than good. If you're not low, but the refrigerant is old, you could blow the head off the compressor by just randomly adding more freon. I would also suggest using one can of freon with a leak detector so that you don't put good freon after bad. If you have a leak, put a can a week isn't going to help anything until you fix the leak.
