I purchased a vehicle from one of your dealers, and when I got home I discovered equipment shown in the ad was missing. Now the dealer is saying he didn't advertise this.  I fortunately copied a list from the ad. Do I have any recourse

CarGurus does NOT have "Dealers". This is just a listing site and CarGurus is not responsible for any misdeeds committed by the advertisers here. It is ALWAYS, buyer beware.

If you made a copy or took a picture of the listing and can determine what the difference in value would be for a car with vs. without the equipment, you could sue the dealer in small claims court for the difference. Whether you win or not depends how clear the situation can be shown to be.
