i replaced the pcm on my 2003 ford winstar, now the original 2 chip keys wont start the van. do i have to go to the ford dealer?

yes need to be programed...call a locksmith if they have a scanner they can do it...who changed the pcm.the should have pulled the info of the old one and inserted on the new one...takes like 10 minutes

Yes it will need to go to the dealer. Or as juan said locksmith if they can I have heard they can but never seen it for myself. And also as juan stated the software from the old one should have been transferred to the new one via scan tool. So if you or someone else just pulled the old one out and put a new one in then the pcm will have to be programmed also. Then the keys will have to be programmed to it.
