GMC Acadia right tail light stays dimly lit all the time

There are two lamps behind the outside lens that are on.  The photo is a bit
deceiving.  LED lamps always appear brighter than they really are in photos.  I
don't have a clue as how these lamps are other than full brightness.  The left
tail light is dark.

So maybe i can shed some light on it... If the light stays on when it shouldnt be... short to power. I.e. power is being given when it shouldnt be. If the light is dim when it should be normal.... high resistance. So the connectors could have microfretting or have corrosion on those or wires. Could also be a weak short to ground causing have the electricity to divert flow elsewhere (ive seen it happen) If the light is flickering.... short to ground. (Most of the time... but not every time.)

It's stopped. It just went away. It was quite steady but dim. The light looks fine when it's supposed to be on so I don't think it's a bad/high resistance connection. Strange, but I'll keep and eye on it and see if the condition returns. Thanks, Jim.
