Compare prices on Car Gurus, NADA, Edmunds and the Bluebook. You can always offer less, the dealers always have room for negotiation, only a fool pays asking price.

I just looked on Car Gurus and there is a 38K Enclave Premium (2014)in Austin TX for $21K .....southern cars are also rust free
