Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My truck will start some mornings fine others it
wont start. Put the jumper box on amd it turns right
over.
Thos morning it started fine. However every time I
came to a stop it would die, throw it into neutral
and it staryed right up. It died 3 times on my 15
min drive to work. Started fine after that. Left work
and had to put the jumper box on it. My RPS are
very low but when i got home it started fine.. Any
suggestions what could be causing these issues

Cold weather can show that you have a weak battery. Your engine may need a tuneup.

Sounds like you have 2 things going on. Have your electrical system checked for ripple, something may be draining the battery, bad diodes in the alternator can do this. As far as the stalling when you come to a stop, remove fuses #10 and #28, then remove your throttle body and clean it with a sensor safe spray, use a rag and toothbrush only, don't want to scratch it. Very common problem after the battery dies, or is disconnected, a dirty throttle body will cause your symptoms after the battery died.
