Why doesn't the volume work?

Absolutely no volume although it clearly reads and
registers my Bluetooth music and shows it's playing . There
is no volume

If no one has been in there mussing with it with subs and amps the probability of an internal radio problem. I’m thinking the output transistors are blown.

Since it is a 2014 vehicle, I would look for a new aftermarket unit. Many out there for this car. Research Crutchfield. They have a wide variety of units and can give good installation advice.
