12psi would probably destroy your engine. Buy a Ford Eco-Boost if you want a turbo.
What is the most psi I could run?

First I would like to clarify. You do realize that the T3/T4 turbos that CX sells will not just bolt on. You will need a turbo exhaust header to just bolt the turbo on. Then an intercooler and plumbing to make it work. Not to mention retuning the ecm for the turbo upgrade. that said you can run around 6 psi boost on stock engine internals.
I'm wanting to do the same. Hoping there is somebody out there who has a 2.3 mustang engine that has upgraded their engine with a newer, higher output turbo. I wanted the 2.0 turbo model, but couldn't afford it new, so adding it later makes sense. A trip to the wrecking yard and.... has anybody tried this. Does the 2.5 have the same cylinder head as the 2.0, or does it have a regular exhaust manifold instead of the integral thing used on the 2.0? What about the mustang's 2.3? Any i fo will help. I'm not looking for tons of boost, just enough to get into the hp range of the 2.0 with a bit more torque because of the 2.5s longer stroke.
Can i install turbo in my ford fusion 2012?
