What kind of required maintenances

The warranty should transfer over or it could even be pre owned certified with an extended warranty depending on where you purchased the SUV. Usually the warranty is offered thur cadillac as long as all maintenance has been performed at cadillac, like oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, ect.

Cadillac has free maintenance for 4 yrs - so why pay for it somewhere else. If you bought from a Cadillac dealer - probably nothing you need to do to transfer warranty. Otherwise, there will be a registration form to make sure all is covered. You will need the original "in-service" date. If you bought from a dealer - it should be "certified Pre-Owned" - make sure you get that in writing from the dealer. It is NOT an automatic add on to a used car.
