HELP - Financing with poor credit
I had a resent charge off and I am working with the lender paying the debt. I
had a gain green gallbladder and multiple surgeries that caused me to get
behind on bills. I have to have a car for my job. I am a District Sales Manager
and my job requires travel to customer sites. Without a car I cannot do my job
and could not earn a living. I need to find a loan company or dealership that
will work with me to get a reliable car. Please help me with any suggestions.

Sorry to hear of your trouble. The best advice I can give is to find a local Buy Here Pay Here lot and talk to them to see what you can arrange. It'll be a higher interest rate on an older car with higher mileage, BUT it can help you to re-establish your credit and get you back on track. Glad to hear that you are feeling better and I wish you the best in your search.
Do not buy from a Buy Here Get Robbed Here dealer!!! They will charge you astronomical interest rates on a piece of junk car. I would look for a loan from relatives or maybe your employer can help you out. Sorry about all your problems.
Thank Mark. I hate the situation. Unfortunately, I have no family. Divorce has ruine my credit. If you have any suggestion of other alternatives, like creditors that offer second chances, please let me know. So far I have been declined by two loan companies and am realizing my options are few, other than the buy here pay here guys. Please let me know if you think of anything else. Merry Christmas, Timberel
I would think that if your employer values your work they could help out in some way. In my opinion buying a car from those sharks could make your situation even worse but that is your choice. One they tend to sell crappy cars for high prices and if it dies you are stuck with payments on a dead car. Two if the payments are not manageable your credit would end up in worse shape and if you are a road warrior you may be a thousand miles away when payment is due and they can shut your car off remotely.
If you have other assets ( belongings, retirement accounts or real estate) you may need to sell them or borrow against them. I would avoid the Buy Here sharks at all costs.
