Tire swap on stock f250 super duty 4x4
Asked by Satch Jul 25, 2018 at 05:07 PM about the 2014 Ford F-250 Super Duty XL SuperCab 4WD
Question type: Car Customization
I have a 2014 f 250 super duty 4x4
with 17 in stock rims. Wanting to
swap to a 16/12 in rim. Will it swap
out or will the rotors be a problem?
There's an at least 2+in lift on it, so
going from a 31 to a 34. Plenty of
clearance. Just making sure the
rotors and brakes won't be a
problem.

They're 16in. I have a friend who has them. They're sitting there collecting dust and would look better than what I have now.
Try them on for size. Your year truck only came with 17", 18" or 20" wheels but the dually trucks did have 16" wheels but I think those may have a different bolt pattern.
Right on. I'll throw one on and check it out. I think it will. But, wanted to get other opinions before jumping. I appreciate it, brother.
If the wheels are off of a older f250 Ford changed the bolt pattern from 6.5" to 170 millimeter.
