2014 ford focus se horn

So my car wouldnt start,  so i had it jumped. In
result my horn doesnt work,  or key fob will not
beep. Always had transmission issues since day 1.
It shudders as switching gears. Only 54,000 miles
on it.

They are rusting out at the connection on the horns where the wires connect,they are not water tight,it is causing them to short out
