Did you check the fluid level? if it's full then it's time to bring it into the tranny shop to have it looked over...

Talked to Ford. They are extending the warranties on this car to 7 years because of all the problems with transmission. Will be replacing transmission brain free of charge. Will see how this works. Found out about recall over YouTube channel 2 video . Ford never offered the info when I called the 1st time. Hmmm

Everyone with a 2014 Ford Focus that had a recall due to bad transmission problems, please check with your Ford dealership. I was told that my warranty got extended to 100,000 miles due to all the transmission issues, and guess what? They never told me either. I had to find out after doing so much reading into this problem.

I have 2 questions: 1. My engine light is on (but not blinking) and the transmission is slipping real bad. 2. Could this be because my transmission fluid is low, and how do I check that? Also, when I drive, it sounds like a clicking noise from underneath the car?? Help!!
