Which wire is positive on the reader speakers of a 2014 Toyota corolla sport?

I'm trying to install a line converter into my
car into the rear speakers. Both wires are
the same color and I have not been able to
find which is positive and which is negative
anywhere.

Buy one of those needle test lights. The ones with a sharp needle point and a light on the other end. All you should have to do is ground one end, and touch the needle to one of the wires. When the light comes on, you have found the positive wire.
