if i buy a car from another state will I have to pay taxes on the car from the state of origin as well as the taxes in the state of destination???

No but it will be expensive, took a Chevy 1500 from nc to tx and it cost me almost 900 to transfer title anf register in TX

You only have to pay your state's sales tax when you transfer the title. If you're from a state that doesn't charge a sales tax then you are good to go. DMV.org has a list of all states and their tax rates. To reiterate, it doesn't matter where you buy the car, you only pay YOUR state's sales tax (and whatever fees they add on) when you transfer the title at home.
