If you have the electronic gas pedal then it looks like it is sold as one complete piece.

Don't know about gas pedal but it is gonna be about $600 bucks. The Idle sensor is mounted with two screws on side of throttle body but mechanic says its programed together with throttle body

If you don't have a mechanical throttle cable the gas pedal feeds your input to the PCM. The computer then operates the throttle blade. The IAC is part of the unit. I don't know about programmed to match. The manual just specifies that the new assembly must go through a re-learn procedure after installation. Looks like the assembly is 288 on rockauto so you can be certain that GM charges more and prob at least 2 hrs labour.
