Try turning engine over with a socket and wrench at the crank pully. If engine turns over ok it sounds like a ground issue.

Thanks. Checked all ground connections all seem to be good. Does the system need reprogramming? Engine vin to car vin?

If you replaced a control module there may be programming requirements. Have you tried tapping on the starter while holding the key over? Might be worth verifying if there is battery voltage on the large cable, and voltage on the small remote wire at the starter when the key is turned.
