I have a 2014 Dodge journey RT model
Have an issue when I use remote
starter it starts then shuts off within
seconds I read that if fuel is low it will
shut off ( but does it even with full tank)
also re set system ( supposedly) and
now with cold weather here its terrible
thank God for heated seats.....plz help
is your check engine light on because if that's so that's what's causing it. I have a 2012 and mine was doing that because if it and your correct if gas is low it will cut off because it's designed not to use your gas up
Would be interested in hearing how this got resolved, or if you had any luck with it. We're experiencing the exact same problem now.

when i use remote start, the climate is off, so no heating or defrosting going on,

the remote start works, but the heater or air will not come on,so it deafeats the purpess of warming the car up. dodge says with the heater auto system its not suspose to come on.
