Can I tow a 2014 Town & Country on a tow dolly?

I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 2WD. I want to tow my 2014 Town &
Country on a uhaul tow dolly with the front wheels off the ground. Is this
possible?

I would only do this if the 1500 has a tow package and the T&C is front wheel drive and not AWD.
