This code means your coolant isn't geting warm enough fast enough to open the thermostate as the engine reaches normal opperating tempature. Sounds to me like someone has changed the thermostate with a higher tempature rating than it should be or you are either running 100% anitfreeze and not 50% water mixed with 50% antifreeze. Or your coolant fan is running all the time after you start the car.
The thermostat is either stuck open or you have a thermostat that is not the correct temperature (195°F) for your vehicle. This would be a LOWER temperature thermostat than what's supposed to be in there. Hope that helps! Jim

some even believe that no thermostat is needed and it may not even have one.
The heater builds up warmth as the vehicle runs and brings in the warm air from the engine to warm the interior of the car. If the engine does not warm up enough because the thermostat is stuck open, the heater will not deliver warm air to the interior. Try having a radiator and heater core flush to clean out debris, dirt and oil that could cause your thermostat to stay stuck open. Good luck! :)
