I got gas drove about 1 mile parked it started running ruff then died started but service engine light was on when drove light flashes don't seem to want to get up speed and engine seems to hesitate.

Inspect your parts, review maintenance schedule and records. Pull the plugs and inspect them. Get the tester from the parts store and return it after. get a haynes manual or info from the library. I would say run fuel and spark tests, but it does not sound like you are a technician. After you have the codes you can research them using enginecodes.com. If you have AAA you can get it to a technician for further help.

Be sure your fuel cap is good and installed correctly. Look at connectors and hoses for age and connected properly. Replace parts that fail tests, not just the codes that are read.
