Mid speed acceleration sag

If I go from cruise to accelerate in my 2014 50k VW Passatt, occasionally it will sag for a second then pick up and go. Is their a fuel additive for 1.7 turbo gasoline engine to cut the varnish from the injectors? I use only Sunoco or Mobile 87 octane gas.

You can use Techron to clean the injectors but I doubt that this the problem. You may just be feeling the turbo lag. A turbo engine really should be run on premium.
